the online store inc is horrible

I purchased a dining room set for 2,999 three years ago and my set still is not correct. The table is damage and it looks like mold is in one of my chairs. They claim they ordered me another glass table and I have yet to see it. I did speak to someone
name claudia and she claimed they ordered my table top and two chairs. I have not seen it yet. I would recommend to make sure on online ordering, you look for some type of accredidation symbol on their website. I am going to keep at them even after three years.
Do anyone know who the owner is of this company is. How can someone allow these people to work for them with such bad customer service.
