Why Cook is a food delivery service that lacks in customer service know how, not to mention that they really do not how to train their employees in the art of precision.
For the second time in the last month, employees at Why Cook have made the EXACT same error when charging my credit card. When I was placing my order, they asked what credit card they should use, yet when they went to charge my card, they failed to read their notes,
When confronted with the problem, they readily admitted to the mistake but were not willing to correct their error. In this particular case, there was a very specific reason why I gave them a different card. My order was a very expensive order from Sushi Roku and due to their error, my account became overdrawn, leading to numerous banking fees as well as important checks and charges that didn't clear due to Why Cooks' irresponsible and mindless employees. I asked to be reimbursed for the fees and the response I was given was "you should be more aware of your finances". I really doubt that I could have been given a more ridiculous response than that. The point of all of this is that I was aware therefore requesting a different card to be used.
My friends and I are all users of Why Cook?, but due to their incompetence and incredibly rude comments to an error on their end, I will make sure I never order thru their service again.
