When you contacted us, we explained that we would gladly replace any item that is defective if it is promptly returned to us. All you have to do is return the defective item. We even agreed to pay for the shipping charges. Our response was and is completely fair. Please send the item back, so that we can correct the issue. If you keep it or destroy it, how can we replace it?
