Dan went way beyond what I would consider normal customer service in my dealings with his company. Not only did he find funds that we never would have known about any other way, be he was able to get answers when I couldn’t, and he was ALWAYS straight with me, from beginning to end, and beyond.
I just wish there were more businesses like USA Locators and more business people like Dan in the world today.
I've had people ask me why I would pay someone to help with a claim, when I could do it myself. After dealing with Dan, that is an easy answer.
