LA-Vegas-Grand Canyon Tour- Disappointing! Cancelled and no Refund/Rescheudule

Very disappointing. Beware! I was skeptical of the negative online reviews & shunned them at first, but now, I am a believer of such negative reviews in yelp. If there was zero/negative stars available, I'd pick this. I booked a 3 day LA-Vegas-Grand Canyon
Tour South Rim tour. On our 2nd day, after 4 hours heading to to the Grand Canyon, the tour going up there was cancelled due to "unsafe" weather conditions. It was snowing though other tour buses still pushed to go there. To my shock & disgust, no refund or
rescheduling of tour was considered, despite constant follow up through email & call. Absolutely nothing. Nothing to compensate for the loss of time & not seeing the Grand Canyon. All I got was "Sorry, we can't control weather conditions" reply, which is completely
unacceptable. I understand unforeseen events do happen. Customers paying good, hard-earned dollars, should be compensated fairly in light of such events. It's like buying an Iphone but only getting the headphones and charger. Not only did we miss out on the
highlight of the the trip, we also lost a day due to travelling back & forth for nothing.
