First off, I wanted to specifically thank Meg for all her hard work and for putting up with the craziness that is our day to day business environment. Working with Meg I have been able to gain a much better understanding of the overall health of our company. To say it was a learning experience would be putting it mildly. I also raised my overall understanding of business, finance and accounting and most importantly human resources. Meg showed me how our high turnover rate was costing a great deal of money in both lost sales and increased labor costs. Working with Meg and following her advice and directives has absolutely made our business more stable and that is something that is worth the money we spent.
