I purchased two remote control cars from this company, upon receiving the cars, I had changed my mind and did not want them. I called the comapny to get an authorization to return the cars. A number was given and I mailed the cars back. When I called a few weeks later to check on the status of my refund, I was first told that the comapny had not received the cars back. I had to call the shipping comapny and have them e mail the signature confirmation that this package had been received. A few days later, a partical credit was credited back to me. When I called abaout this, I was told that a restocking fee was charged. After several calls with Norman, I am happy to report that this company stood behind their statement of 100% satisfaction guarenteed. I am thankful to Norman for working so hard to assist me with my refund. Please let this company know that they have a very dedicated employee and I would now be more likely to do business with them again. David Girardin
