I ordered $88.13 worth of cigars on November 1st and like all the rest of the reviews stated NEVER RECEIVED THEM! I could never speak with a LIVE person because, according to a recorded message in a middle eastern accent, there was always a high "wolume" of calls. I finally canceled my order after over 30 days of this aggravation and got a credit from my credit card company but still no response from the company. I suggest you submit a complaint through the BBB as I did and hope no one else falls for this companies false claims like I did!
