Really bad experience again!

Recently (Jan 2022) bought a 6K computer and it arrived working fine. After about three months the motherboard failed and after dealing with customer service for a time, they agreed that it was faulty and asked me to return the computer to have the motherboard replaced. I sent the computer back and a couple days later they said that the motherboard was damaged in transit, and I would be responsible for the damage even though they are the ones that diagnosed that it had failed prior to shipping. Customer service is a joke, and they truly don't care about the customers or the PC's that they are delivering. Will be out an additional money to replace parts that were covered by the warranty but conveniently were "damaged in transit". Simply a scam! Buyer beware!
