This is a really horrible company. I can't begin to tell you how sorry I am if any of you reading this are presently dealing with this company. They have been most difficult to work with. From the very moment my loan was sold to this company my life has been much more stressful. They have fuzzy math, each month they find a way to slide extra charges in and to make matters worse they are outsourced in India. The communication barrier is really difficult. They also encourage if you have a problem not to post any thing on the web even though they have no intention what so ever of correcting or helping with the problem. After my husband died, I contacted them to let them know I may encounter difficulty with my payments and that I would like to see if i qualified for a loan modification. They turned me down and now that they know I am struggling are tacking on fees left and right.
