In response to the above review National Fertility Links would like to say we are here to slander anyone like we have been slandered by Susan D. As Susan stated she signed up with us based on Dr. Oropez's "positive" experience with our firm. Dr. Oropez did write the review on Trustlink and has been a valued client of our for quite some time now. We have not stopped send him referrals. On the contrary we have supported him with many patients that have come to him for reoccurring treatments. We not only return ALL call that are made to us, we try to communicate with EVERY client in our data base on a weekly basis to update them on who we are speaking with on their behalf. It is very unfortunate that a small practitioner has to go onto to Trustlink to slam a very reputable company that increases their patient case loads. As previously stated on many occasions National Fertility Link has well over 300 clients on a national & International basis and there only seems to be a couple of disgruntle mom & pop practitioner's in our network that feel it's necessary to talk negative about us. If we were "fraudulent" why would we respond to this and any other negative reviews on our firm. It is very difficult to keep everyone happy all of the time. It is apparent that the economy has affected Susans business to where is feels it necessary to talk negative about NFL. We will continue to service Ms. Susan D's account and make her whole. Hopefully the next review you read from her is a positive one. This is our goal.
