No Service or communications from them, no support at all

I purchased a scooter through the internet in late March, 2012. I sent emails to ask for additional service before the scooter was shipped-no replies.
I sent emails to find out when the scooter would ship so I could arrange time off work to receive it-it took days to receive a reply. They told me it would ship the next day. It didn't. Took more emails and time to find out when it would actually be received.
I got the scooter, it was damaged, shipped poorly. I sent emails to ask about parts or even touch up paint-no replies.
I asked for a manual, badly needed to get the scooter fixed and find problems-no replies.
Two months after receiving, I had a neck bearing go out on the steering shaft. I called for parts. No answer during business hours, I left a voice message-no returned phone call. I did find a local scooter shop with the part and I did the work.
You buy from these guys, expect nothing from them in the line of support or service. Plan on doing all the work yourself or paying someone else to do it. You will NOT get warranty service from them.
I absolutely would not buy another thing from them.
