I recently attempted to purchase glass cookware from this company as a present for Christmas. I placed my order on 12/10/07 and was billed automatically. I never received any information as to the status of my order and so on 12/19/07 I sent them an email asking for shipping status. After that email was ignored I sent a second email and was finally notified that one of my items was out of stock and that the order had been lost. When I called their sales office I was told they had sent 2 emails notifying me the item was out of stock, not true, and then me told there was nothing they could do to remedy the situation. Their only question was " What do you want to do?" Needless to say I cancelled my order. This experience shows me this company has no interest in customer satisfaction. Worse despite advertising themselves as a family business they are obviously out of touch with their customers needs beyond processing orders as quickly as possible and collecting their money without knowing whether the item is in stock. I strongly recommend not doing business with this company.
