I will never order from Kinetic Fountains again. I paid $490 for a fountain. The pump of the fountain was defective and made too noise. I tried to discuss to customer service. Nancy DeHart from the customer service said that they can ship me a new pump, BUT they will need to charge me for a pump and shipping cost. it's crazy. I first time see a such irresponsible company. They give no other options besides to buy something else. Only their profit. DO NOT BUY FROM THE KINETIC FOUNTAINS. They don't take any responsibility for their products.
