Unrelieable and Unprofessional

Unreliable company that scams you for application fees, then never responds. This was one of the first management companies I contacted, yet the last to respond. Finally an agent named Kelsey C responded, and consistently kept trying to schedule a tour that conflicted with my job committments. Check out their hours- they are less than most companies and never answer their phone. She kept tellling me there were no other agents whocould help me. Finally got a tour scheduled, then 3 MINUTES before it was to begin, she cancelled via email (didn't even have the courtesy to phone). Unprofessional, rude and inconsiderate. I even contacted the actual owner of the property - thought he should know just how unrelieable the company behaves. Found a great place with another management company that was amazing to deal with. Filed with BBB to recoup my application fee - they never allowed me to schedule a tour, nor responded to my application. Notifying the HR department at my new employer to warn other individuls to never use this company.
