This is one of the worst Inflatable companies out there. They provided great customer service to get the sale. Then after the sale they won't talk to you and when they do they give you the run around. I purchased two inflatable slides from jumpions, one custom order (it was wrong) its been five month now and I still don't have my slide. Lost money because I couldn't rent it out, lost more money on shipping, and more money on interest on a product I don't have. Over $800.00 in finances so far and climbing everyday. Over $7300.00 in product. The other unit ripped the first time it went out. Jumpions said it was an engineering flaw and they would fix it. How? They can't even give me my other unit or the money. They said there's not enough money in there account. My next step is to take them to court for all of the lost revenue and interest being charged. The card company won't help because they said it's been to long. Sears gold card. What ever happened to the consumer protection act when you purchase something by credit card.
Signed very disappointed in customer service.
