INDIFFERENT OWNER WHO CAN'T LEAD EMPLOYEES AND A LYING RECEPTIONIST!

I had to follow up several times about scheduling before a crew came out. When they did, they brought along two kids with them! The kids kept peering through the windows, putting their faces against the glass, and taunting my pets. Well, kids will be kids
so I just chalked it up to a dad doing the best he could while his kids were out of school for the summer. Later I decided that it was due to a lack of professionalism in the entire organization. The fence was put up with boards that still had some green on
them and in one spot, they left an 8 inch gap between the ground and the bottom of the fence. What's the point of having a fence for your pets when two of them could easily slip under the fence and escape?!?! Then, the gate warped badly and I had a huge gap
there too...within 4 days of completion! I let the receptionist, Jessica, know and she assured me that someone would come back right away to look at it and get it fixed. I ended up calling for another three weeks following up on why no one has come out. Lots
of lies and empty promises. Several days of me staying at home to meet with the repair person, only to have another no-show. Then I got mad. I called on a Monday and was told someone would be out on Wednesday. No show. I called on Thursday and was assured
they would be out that evening, if not it would be Friday afternoon. No show either day. I called Friday afternoon and was assured they were holding payroll checks until they guys came out to fix it. No show. What was more aggravating was that there was a
Huntsville Fence truck in my neighborhood 3 days of that week! I called the receptionist again the next Monday. She gave me the cell phone number of the owner, Jeff. Absolutely no motivation to provide customer satisfaction. No concern that his employees don't
listen to him. Won't return calls. So, my husband, a very busy engineer, ended up having to take a few hours (that he barely has and should use to relax) to get parts and work on the gate. Fixed. Totally not worth it to deal with this company. They were quick,
however, to come collect payment! But, once they get paid they don't care about you any longer.
