We ordered an in stock item from their website on 08/27/2011. Funds cleared our account on 08/29/2011 yet item was not even shipped out until 5 days later on 09/02/2011. It should not take a business 5 days to pull an in stock item from the shelf and get it to shipping. Poor service. We will not use them again.
