I am ashamed to say I was also scammed by this company. I called last month to cancel my order and was assured that it was cancelled. Just got billed again and I called again to cancel and was told they would cancel and could only refund a partial amount of the last billing. I lost my temper but did not abuse the operator, I asked to speak a supervisor because I would not accept a partial refund. I guess the supervisors are all busy so after about five minutes the operator came back and agreed to a full refund and assured that my account is cancelled. We will see if any of this happens.
