My experience began with a noisy clothes dryer. After the repair, one of my adult children accidently overpaid the technician by $50.00 cash, and despite numerous promises to 'be there tomorrow' it has been weeks. Oh, and my dryer was also 'fixed' but was still noisy, the technician DISASSEMBLED it, even though it was working, and kept me hanging for 10 days on a part that I was told would take two days to receive. Finally told him to forget the repair, and I bought a new dryer.
Not a single one of my 28 phone calls between May 4th and June 3rd has ever been returned. I haven't counted my calls from June 3rd to date yet, but fortunately my detailed phone records paint a very clear picture of the reliability, honesty and ethics of this business.
Wait - Josh is the OWNER???
