This company is a pure fraud! I had a contract with them since October 2009 and I had been planning to have a quinceanera for my daughter. Everything seemed GREAT! But it was too good to be true. We would meet every month at the hotel, where the event was supposed to take place, and make the payments. She would give us a reciept and send letters through the mail "confirming" the payment, but it would never appear in my bank account. I remember one time, when I went to make a payment, I noticed that she drives a black porch. I've also hear that she goes by different last names and uses fake addresses. I just recently found out about 2 days ago, through a friend, that the company was a fake and that all the events were canceled. We had made a payment of $8,000 dollars total and it was all stolen by that company. We have been trying to contact her by phone and she won't answer since the final payment has been made. So we decided to go to the addresses that we had as their main offices. But they all turned out to be a restaraunt and an electric company. Also, the phone numbers would be from other people that we didn't even know. They just make it seem like they're a real company, but they're FAKE. I just recently found out about 2 days ago, through a friend, that the company was a fake and that all the events were canceled. Not just my party, but others from other customers. They canceled my daughter's event a month before, but we were told that some other events were going to be canceled this weekend. If anything like this happens to you, contact the police first and file a report. From there, they'll see if it's a civil or criminal case and they'll try to get your money back.
