We recently refinanced our VA mortgage and then got to lower our rate again with their Loyalty Program 6 months later. This was truly a hassle free ordeal. Super service. Staff was great and easy to work with. No trouble or complications for me at all. Never had this experience before with a mortgage. Would definitely recommend them to anyone and use them again!
