Purchased my bullet express in september, after taking nearly a month to get it, the first time I tried to use it smoke poured out of the base. After waiting nearly 30 minutes on hold with them I gave up and tried to deal with them online. That took 10 days for them to respond to. Finally the base was replaced, 2nd base didn't work. Sent everything back for a refund, company will not refund me for the unit. Tried telling me they have no record of getting it back. So now I have to fight them through my credit card company and post office. This company is not good to deal with and their product is worthless. PLEASE DON'T PURCHASE A BULLET EXPRESS
