My Complaint to BBB: First of all their website is extremely misleading. If they are selling a manual they should not show pictures of the whole lego set. They should show what they are selling. They keep descriptions vague intentionally even though they know it is a problem. They clearly post that they have a liberal return policy because of it. Yet when you try to return something they act as though they have not received it. I returned the product immediately after I received it. I was not contacted so I contacted the company. They are claiming they did not receive my return. I have my receipt from the post office for the date I returned it. They were incredible unprofessional using acronyms for curse words in their responses. I feel that they need to make some serious changes to their business. Company's Initial Response - Posted 03/17/2011 I have read your complaint and the emails that have been sent to you. The product was not returned to us and never was any foul language used or any hint of foul language used.
Consumer's Rebuttal - Posted 03/17/2011 I have the emails from your company! That is not true.
Company's Final Response - Posted 03/21/2011 I am not going to play this game, your accusations are untrue and absurd. If they were true you would have published them quite quickly, after being told that they were untrue you still have not published proof to this accusation. It is customers like you who make it difficult to want to try and help anybody. I was out of town so I could not post from my phone. I have the emails from them and I am sending then to BBB by mail. Here is a quote from Susan P. @ Bricktrainshop (this is a quote down to spelling and errors) "I will not be wasting any more time with your problem. The order has not arrived to us and you mail person can kma. Feel free to tell them I said that."
