I have a similar story to the others. I was mislead by deceiving product advertising to purchase a lego set when they were really selling only the USED instruction manual for $50, which happens to be the same price of the set. There were at least 10 photos of the lego set on the product description page as if they were selling the full set. No where on the page did they clearly state that they were only selling a manual and not the actual set. I quickly became aware of my mistake and tried to contact customer service to revoke my order. They quickly shipped the order $19.00 media mail (when media mail for a manual is under $2.00) 2 days after I contacted them to cancel. They are unreachable by phone. If you return the manual using their policy, they will eat you for shipping and charge a 15% restocking fee. They basically make $25 off each person they scam, this is probably a significant portion of their company's revenue. The best way to deal with them is to file a dispute with your credit card company to get the charge revoked. Keep email and phone records it will help your claim. I am in the process of investigating a legal action against this company.
PLEASE DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!
