I WILL SHOW YOU HOW TO GET YOUR MONEY BACK FROM THIS COMPANY---------
As everyone else has said, this company is disreputable. I found them on google shopping for a lego set and ordered a few of them since they were so cheap.
After 5 minutes of reflection I decided to return to the site to carefully review the item. It was subtle but it appeared to be manuals instead of the product.
I then called them 3 times (put into voice mail) and emailed them 2 times to verify it was product and if not to cancel it.
The next day I got a shipping notification followed 5 minutes later a 'sorry, we shipped it. you can refund it was we received the returned merchandise'.
It has been 2 weeks since I ordered this and have still not received the product.
------------ HOW TO GET YOUR MONEY BACK.
Here is what I've done. your experience may vary but you will get your money back.
First off, email bricktrainshop.com them letting them know it is not what you wanted and you want a refund. Let them know you will be filing a dispute.
------------- IF YOU HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE PRODUCT:
1. call your credit card company and file a dispute. The money should be held in dispute. You must wait 30 days to receive the product.
2. If you receive the product, return it with tracking & signature required.
3. Once you know it is received, regardless of whether they sign for it, you will need to give them a few days to try to issue a credit.
4. Once that time has passed finish the dispute and get your money back.

-------------- NOTE ON RESTOCKING FEE:
By the way, if you are hit with a restocking fee, understand they are not correctly presenting that information and it can be validly challenged. They can not refer to a different page on the site. They must show the fee at the point of payment and make you sign off on it.
