In Feb we made the mistake of ordering what we thought were LEGO sets from BrickTrainShop.com, but it turned out to be instruction manuals. Susan P. said "No problem, send them back". So we did. (First we copied everything they sent us, including the outside of the manila envelope they shipped us. It clearly states $2.75 postage, and we were charged $24.00!) We did NOT open any plastic packages, we placed everything in a STURDY Priority Express box and even paid for delivery confirmation. We shipped it to the address that was listed on their website for returns (it was also on the invoice, and their business cards so we know it was the right one). USPS delivered it two days later. After two weeks I contacted Susan P. who said "I'll look into it" and that was back on 3/15. Since then, nothing. No email response, no response to voicemail, and now the website has shut down. Now we are out $168!
IF YOU ARE ONE OF HIS VICTIMS, HERE IS WHAT YOU SHOULD DO:
FIRST: File a fraud complaint with your Credit Card. Tell them exactly what happened. You might be able to be reimbursed.
SECOND: File a complaint with the POST OFFICE. If you have a tracking and delivery #, he can't say he isn't receiving returns.
THIRD: File a complaint with the BBB in CA
FOURTH: FILE A COMPLAINT WITH LEGO.COM! They know about this guy and are starting a lawsuit. More victims coming forward will help to nail this guy.
FINALLY: Post a review of his horrible company on every online site you can find. The BBB, Rip-offReport.com, BizClaims.com, or where ever you can. If everybody knows about him, he won't be able to keep stealing from customers.
Clifton Stults aka "BrickMaster 292" is in no way associated with LEGO, he is not a Brick Master. He has two addresses and two phone #'s in CA:
1.840 Santa Clara Circle
Hemut, CA
(951)306-2182
2.1822 Villines Ave.
San Jacinto,CA
1-888-434-8690
He also has several web domains listed to his name. HalfPriceLegos.com and LegoClearance.com are just two of many. All this info is available on the web. You can even find him on LinkedIn and Classmates.com. This guy could have been happy with the extra money he scammed us from the over-priced shipping, but then he just had to go and keep all of our money. He needs to be stopped! I wish there was a way to leave 0 stars.
