I recommended Blue Coast Home Loans very strongly overall--not only for the amazing speed and accuracy in getting our application through successfully, but also for the high level of professionalism, from checking in or touching base during the loan process and staying late to follow through, but also afterwards in promptly forwarding us the additional documents we requested. That is not to mention Blue Coast's ability in finding us the best rate possible but also the extra bonus of the loan origination fee discount.
It's been a great experience, especially for us first timers, and when it comes to comparing Blue Coast with all with the competition, Blue Coast definitely deserve the top ranking.
