Multiple Consumer protection complaints were sent out when this company refused to be reputable. It took the owner months to honor the refund she promised AFTER she told us to KEEP the unusable product which was a WIG. Then she said return at my expense even thought she lists the item as non-returnable due to health codes. She further would not refund even though she acknowledged that she shipped my order to another customer and sent me an unacceptable substitution. Glad her company is now on BBB's and Consumer Affair's radar, beware dealing with this company.
