I gave my wife an evening birthday party in November and a highlight was to be the All American Softy ice cream truck. All of our guests were told about it. All American Softy did not arrive at the pre-scheduled time and did not return my call, after promising to contact the driver and get back to me. So we served my wife's birthday cake (without ice cream) to our guests, after which most of the guests went home because the party was over. The All American Softy truck finally pulled up to our house a half hour late, after most guests had left. No explanation for their late arrival was given to us. To add insult to injury, they refuse to refund my Groupon payment (referring me to Groupon) and kept my payment! Beware of this company.
