Dear Barbara,
I'm sure you have a thankless job there, people like myself demanding and needing, but do not often enough hear positive feedback after providing assistance. I truly wanted to thank ATC and yourself for all your assistance in achieving sole, legal custody of both my husbands' teenage boys through the detailed, articulate paperwork you labored over. I can be very focused to the point of tiresome, but this was of such importance that I needed to continually urge to you that modifications in the paperwork to be filed be detailed and lengthy since we were self representing. This proved, through the hearing officers' assistant telling us so, to be what made her labor for over a week to make a decision in our favor. The opposing lawyer faced my very prepared husband (their father) trying to throw out one point made by us after another stating he had no such knowledge prior, but was interrupted by the officer stating that this was all included in the filing we gave. So, thank you so very much for your patience in this assistance which gave my husband and I the outcome that was in the best interest of the children.
