I ordered "pink flower" for a Yo Gabba Gabba party and they sent me a "Pink Dot" that would have been better suited for a Backyardigans party. Mind you I had called to confirm the correct charecter the day before the party. This was for my 2 year old and this ruined what could have been a perfect party. She hates The Backyardigans and so did the rest of the kids. After blowing up at the poor kid in the costume (I know it wasnt his fault), I immediatly called to complain but of course I got the answering machine. Two days later I still have not received a call, afterall they got their money so why should they. I should have turned away the guy but all the kids has already seen the "pink piece of crap" and were already excited for the "Entertainment". The costume was dirty and way to small for the guy wearing it. Yo gabba gabba is big and this company is one of the few that has a "foofa" charecter. They were several parents who could have been refered for their upcoming Gabba parties but not after this fiasco. I'm sure this wanker who owns the company could care less but hopefully people will read this and the other poor reviews before calling this rude creep!
