Thank you for the feedback, I referenced the quality control notes pertaining to your service and the feedback received from you was "that the service was great" fine man at 1/7 2013 2:09pm . I am glad that you were happy with the services received. I apologize if your experience with was not the same with our A/R Department. We work dillgently with insurance companies to collect payment on your behalf. My records show that we were able to do so. I appreciate the information and will utilize this in future training of our staff to better our customers. It is my hope that you will remember that you said the service was "great" and that if you have a need for water and flood damage clean up in the future you will call us again
